Registered Clinical Counsellor

I have always been interested in the tidal-like ebb and flow of the human experience. Over the years, I have come to believe that our capacity for connection, understanding, healing and growth often lies in how our individual journey is shared.

Through learned experience in an array of lived and therapeutic settings, I have repeatedly observed how meaningful, in-depth exploration can enrich our sense of perspective and positively influence our level of self-awareness. My intention is to champion the possibility for
change through practices of unwavering self-acceptance and genuine self-compassion. It is my sincere hope that in working together, you will gain the clarity, confidence, and inner resources you need to face life’s inevitable challenges.

I consider myself very fortunate to walk alongside of you on your path to create and maintain a vibrant and purposeful life. Thank you for trusting me and opening up your heart.

I am a cis white woman who uses the pronouns she/her. I acknowledge that I live and work on traditional territory of the LƏK̓ʷƏŊƏN & W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples.
