How do I book an appointment?

Please click here to book a session through Jane App, a secure and encrypted booking software. You will be asked to create a profile, after which you can book into my schedule whenever suits you best.

What are your rates?

A 50-minute counselling session is $120.

 

I have space for a limited number of sliding scale clients. If payment is a barrier or if you would like help finding community resources you may qualify for, please get in touch with me here.

Will extended benefit plans cover my session?

I encourage clients to contact their insurance provider to see if services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor are covered by their personal plans. I provide clients with an invoice after each session that can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.

Do you offer direct billing?

No, I do not offer any direct billing. I ask that clients submit any paid invoices directly to their insurance provider. 

How do I pay for my session?

All payments are processed through Jane App. When you book an appointment, you will be prompted to fill out a credit card authorization for the card you wish to use. Please see cancellation policy below for payments resulting from a missed appointment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice must be provided if you need to cancel a scheduled session. This is required for both cancellations and rescheduling. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% charge of your session will apply. If an extenuating circumstance affects your ability to cancel in time, please let me know as soon as possible.

What if I no longer wish to use counselling services?

You have the right to stop using counselling services at any time for any reason.
