So much happens in the conscious and unconscious space in between impulse and action. I like to explore that space so that clients can understand why they feel and behave the way they do. Weaving the past and present self can allow for latent processing to take place, behaviour to be assessed and the architecture of change to be built.

Relating with clients and helping them move towards self-actualization is a rewarding experience to be a part of, even if it begins from a place of struggle. I have significant experience in crisis management, helping perspective and footing to be attained in relationships, challenging anxious feelings and trauma processing.

I look forward to being a part of your journey from challenge to positive self-regard and greater contentment.
